Pravila refundacije
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made watches trought Configurator or over the chat agreement and gift cards.
At Watcheray, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy outlined below.
1. Returns for damaged or defective items:
If your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
2. Return for exchange:
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees (if it is not a matter of quality issue), but the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. The watch must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, we will only replace items that were originally defective or damaged.
3. Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defect:
At Watcheray, all orders can be returned for a full refund except for the following cases:
- Watches created through our configurator.
- Custom-made watches based on combinations requested outside of our website.
- Watches with custom logos.
If your order does not fall under these categories and is not related to a quality issue, it is eligible for return and a full refund. Accessories may also be returned and refunded, provided they are in their original packaging and in new condition.
4. Return process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@watcheray.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.
5. Return conditions:
– The watch must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
– Any accessories or additional items included in the original packaging must also be returned.
– We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
