Watch Care

At Watcheray, we strive to offer high-quality customized watches designed to endure. To ensure you make the most of your watch and maintain its optimal performance, we recommend following these usage guidelines:

Screw and insert the crown properly: Ensure that the crown is fully screwed in and properly inserted. This guarantees the watch is securely closed.

Avoid submerging the watch or exposing it to very hot environments: Refrain from submerging the watch or exposing it to extremely hot environments, as these are handcrafted modified watches. Sudden temperature variations or contact with water may lead to condensation inside the watch, affecting the clarity of the crystal and the functioning of the mechanism. (Avoid water contact) If your order includes the upgraded water resistance feature, please ensure that the crown is securely closed and avoid any contact with hot water.

Protect from corrosive liquids: Prevent your watch from coming into contact with corrosive liquids that could damage the steel or other components. If your watch does come into contact with corrosive substances, clean it carefully with a soft, dry cloth.

Regular maintenance: Schedule regular maintenance for your watch, such as taking it to your trusted watchmaker for cleaning and adjustment. This will help prolong your watch’s lifespan.

Proper storage: When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This will help preserve its appearance and performance.

Avoid bumps and impact: Always handle your watch with care to prevent bumps and impacts that could damage the dial, crystal, or internal mechanism.

By adhering to these usage recommendations, you can enjoy your Watcheray watch for many years and maintain its beauty and precision. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you do not use the watch appropriately or follow the recommendations, the warranty will not cover any issues.

First method

Oyster/Jubilee

For the Oyster/Jubilee bracelet, there are two ways to adjust it size. You might only need to use one or perhaps if your wrist is very small, you may need to use both.

1) First, you need to determine how many links are excess for your wrist size, and then using the tool, remove the links by unscrewing the screws.

Second method

Oyster/Jubilee

This is the fastest method. Perhaps by removing screws, it may not fit exactly as desired. So, you can combine both methods for a perfect fit.

1) First, you need to pull up forcefully on the link closest to the clasp Until it lifts up.
2) Now you can move it inward into the clasp to adjust the size.
3) Once you have adjusted the size, you should firmly push the link back into the clasp.
4) Repeat process backwards to add pin back onto the bracelet.
